Windows 7 Pro and "exefile"

All of a sudden on my Windows 7 machine I am getting something called “exefile” instead of the “Open” command in the menu when I right click on a program. It is not on all the exe programs and started doing this with WL an then spread to other programs. A quick check on the WWW says it could be a virus. Anyone else notice this?
