Windows 8.1 support

I have issue with installing Cubase LE 11 (Cubase_LE_AI_Elements_11.0.10_Installer_win.exe) from launcher on my Windows 8.1.

Why it tells me about using windows 8.1 while I’m already running installer on Windows 8.1?
Download Assistant Version: 1.21.6
Installer is RunAs administrator.
System Information: Windows 8.1 Pro.

So why assistant tries to install this version? I assume it should check latest available version and download it. Seems strange for me. But anyway thanks for helping out.
PS: ooh! there were scroll in Cubase tab. I didn’t saw it. My fault.
