I’m running Cubase 5.5.3 in 32 bit mode on Windows 7 pro SP1 64 bit over two screens, this works really well for me, except for one thing, I frequently end up opening a window (like a VST fx panel, File/export/audio mixdown or even just Help/About Cubase!) and half the window (the top half) is outside the desktop area and impossible to access, drag down (leave alone close).
Any suggestions how I can force these windows to open within the Desktop?
Change screen resolution, drag them to the middle and reset res or try un-checking Always On Top.
There are also a couple of windows apps you can download which bring windows within your desktop. Sheepdog is one. Dunno if this helps.
Also in win 7 you can hit win+shift+left or right arrow key to bring windows within the desktop.
