Which, DAW’s, are these?
Nuendo, should support the .vtt or .webvtt file types.
This also, happens with the Grid Type setting, as well.
Fairlight, DSP, ProTools all have/had versions of the function. DSP is long gone and not sure if it still exists in the Davinci version of Fairlighr.

I’m a Cubase user — the lack of this feature is my single biggest frustration with the program, which, bugs aside, is wonderful for writing music. I really urge Steinberg to add this functionality. It would help so much to make Nuendo and Cubase attractive to Pro Tools users.

1.Folder function from the arrange/edit page carried over to the mix page is definitely needed as stated many times before.
2.Add stock visibility functions to folders and colors in the right click dropdown with the ability to assign key commands.
3.Increase the VST spec to include a full set of visibility options as new companies are using the VST functions to create better controller solutions. SSL for instance has stated that it cant do a VCA spill based on the current VST version as it is very limited. They did get track colors and some other things out of it which works great!
4.There needs to be a clearer way to route the LFE and control it from the panner window’s LFE dial.
5.An option to have all automation appear over the main waveform. Coming from ProTools this just make the amount of tracks i see more logical as 1 track would equal 1 track as opposed to 1 track and the next row down is the same track with automation.
6.Multiple video views. I have a blackmagic device and it works great but I like working from the small window but would love for people to see what i am doing on my large viewing monitor. So, i would like to have the ability to show the video on screen as well as on the large blackmagic enabled monitor at the same time.
7 Follow up to #3… if you could make the data that SSL pulls from its plugin that feeds track data to their UF/UC mixers a standard per track feed this would be a win for all as currently we have to install a plugin on all channels that we would like to have a “Smart track” appear on the plugin mixer mode.

- Improved relations with vendors like SSL, Soundflow, ICON, blackmagic, Izotope, etc, it will be beneficial to you as a company as well as to your customers.
- Equalizer Curve at the top option on mix page. If you select this option the eq should be hard positioned just below the meter bridge and the usual EQ curve window should not be shown (only one EQ curve showing with either option not the current 2 with the eq curve at top option)
- Timeline at the tope of the mix page. No events just the ruler markers and cycle selection

Hello! My dream, if possible, is to have a room visualization in the internal renderer that’s more user-friendly and similar to Dolby Atmos. Pro Tools has it, so why not Steinberg Nuendo? Studio One has something similar, as do Logic and Fiedler.
Atmos panning in session 7.1.4 might be incompatible with 3D.

For example, in the select tool, nothing but alt-ctrl-shift can be assigned to cursor positioning:
alt is not suitable (drawing automation with the mouse)
shift is not suitable (selecting multiple events)
ctrl - assigned to copy
ctrl-shift - causes random wheel scrolling to throw off the current scale of tracks
alt - shift - scroll through the content of the event
ctrl - alt - copy with saving position
ctrl-alt-poopies - causes random wheel scrolling to reset the current track scale
win(meta) + any button - this just doesn’t work!
i.e. there is essentially no choice

MixConsole option to remove all disabled or bypassed VST inserts in one go (not the same as re setting mixer channels option)
I think the problem with this is that those controllers actually send out key presses based on a regular computer keyboard. Therefore there’s no way for Nuendo to differentiate between a key press on your keyboard and one from your controller. It all just looks like key presses to the DAW.
Unless of course you meant that the letter “P” for example could be used as a modifier.
And I’m talking about the keyboard. If they just add the Win/Meta key to the available (working, not as it is now) modifiers, that will fulfill my wish.
especially since I also use virtual keystrokes from my tablet
I repeat: the declared available shortcut win(meta) + any button simply does not work!

In SD3, there is a special advanced setting available for Cubase/Nuendo to use mono outputs.
Absolutely in agreement. I greatly appreciate the plethora of track view customizations available in Pro Tools’ Edit Window. I’d be great to have those in Nuendo 15 as well.
+1 to better Dolby Renderer visuals.
