The quicklink switch status should be saved with every song or in the preferences, as I personally always want it to be on anyway (it is always off every time the programme is started). In addition, the switch should be on the main page (project window).
Please revise or repair the hitpoint generator so that errors like the one in the picture do not occur all the time and the hitpoint has a comprehensible relation to the threshold. Unfortunately, this happens extremely often.
Maybe it would help to give the user more parameters to influence the hitpoint creation.
The combined panner in the inspector should behave in the same way as the faderbox and the mixer with regard to the panorama width. In the fader box and mixer, you can control it with CTRL & ALT EQUALLY L&R- not possible in the inspector.
Get rid of the 3 way âLOOP-FILL toggleâ and make it only 2-way.
So i can toggle between ON(locked) and OFF via keycommand without having to open the automation panel to check the status all the time.
When I mix in the final stages lock is generally off and I turn it on for a bit when needed. But when track laying and prepping itâs almost always on.
I agree, but just for the sake of completeness: Itâs a little-known fact that you can do that already, after you âTABedâ the cursor down to the list.
Thatâs true, but I would prefer to get rid of the TAB key because it is actually unnecessary and is on the other side of the keyboard. I usually work with the mouse with my right hand and the arrow keys with my left hand.
Itâs just a personal preference.
Please bring back the SINGLE ENVIRONMENT status from Nuendo 6!! They said that they had to remove it, for some unexplained reason, when Windows 7 came out. But weâre up to Windows 11. Surely they couldâve figured out how to reinstate it by now.
This ZONES situation is a major pain and total buzzkill for workflow. I shouldnât have to activate the mixer section or the project window. Theyâre all connected and working together. The environment should reflect that. Itâs also distracting to have sections of your desktop showing underneath the Zone youâre working in. That was another great aspect of N6, wherever you were, even if it was blank space, you were IN the Nuendo environment. I would love to have that restored.
I tend to agree with you but itâs also nice to be able to read an email from the client asking for pickups and changes without leaving nuendoâs environment.
For me if Nuendo has these ability, would be very nice.

It makes sense to me to make Nuendo as good as possible. I have zero problem with just copying functionality from other DAWS. I care about it being the best it can be, thatâs all.
