I am a bit concerned. I upgraded WL from Cast > Elements > Pro. I opened up Pro today and it’s saying I am on a trial. There are no other products in my account apart from WL 11 trial.
Even more of a concern is that there is nothing in my account to say I own any of the products. I do have invoices though.
I uninstalled EVERYTHING and redownloaded everything. I get the impression the software thinks I am wanting to upgrade from pre 11.1. When I purchased the Pro 11 upgrade, I made sure I selected “Upgrade from WaveLab Elements 11.1”.
6 days on and not even a reply from Steinberg. If I had known how poor their customer service was I certainly would not have purchased from this company. Think I’ll request a refund now.
