When renaming a saved audio file such as "file.wav "I would previously rename the file such as file_master in WaveLab and it would write the extension automatically such file_master.wav WL11 not writing the .wav and windows not recognising it.
How do you exactly rename? I can’t find a mistake.
Definitely happening at this end on windows 64, open audio file in global. file / save as /
files comes up as file.wav
delete all text inc .wav
name file (shows no .wav included)
save
file shows in windows as a file, not a wav
I see. Will be fixed in 11.0.10.
In the meantime, when saving, add the file extension manually.
