WL11 save mono wav file attributes to stereo

I think there is a problem in WL11 when saving the attributes of mono file as stereo

import mono audio file

save as

change format from mono to stereo option

file still comes out as mono

Try this load a mono file
look at picture

and Save as a stereo file

works here
