To be able to import/export an audio only quicktime .mov and also to extract audio from and inject new audio into a quicktime file that contains video. This must include all supported surround formats.
Ability to change frame rate on audio only .mov export so we can do pull up and pull down in programs like DCPoMatic upon import without resampling (only changing the header via framerate)
