Wl7 trial authorisation problem

Trying to authorise Wl7 trial on Windows 7 x64.

When I go to the elicenser and choose license download, it lets me put the demo auth code in but wont let me select my USB e licenser. It has a picture of the dongle with a red circle with a line through it.

Any ideas?

Please uninstall the eLCC from your computer es written in this knowledge base article, and install afterwarts the latest version of the eLCC. The latest version can be downloaded from www.elcc.eu
