WL8E not importing files with non-latin letters (UNICODE?)

hi there,

i tried to import a flac-file with a greek title and then there was this error message in W8E 32bit/Win7 :

“The file cannot be opened. The format is unknown or WaveLab Elements could not find a suitable decoder on your system.
(C:\Users\DAW\Music\Kostas Hatzis, Marinella - Recital (1976)\Disc2\03. Μαρινέλλα - Πόσο Πικραμένη Είν’ Η Ματιά Σου.flac)”

when i change the track name with latin letters, it will be imported.

is there any way to solve this ? because it is a PITA to change every track name to edit and cut.
