was wondering if anyone could tell me if this is a new feature or bug? It occurred when I was switching workspaces and I tried reproducing it but doesn’t happen frequently just once in a blue moon. - YouTube

No idea what you mean here, what is the problem, what are you doing and what are you expecting to happen and what is happening,

Dunno if it is a bug or if it’s meant to be there… if you look closely at the top of the screen you can see tabs to switch workspaces. I managed to reproduce it again today but doesn’t work all the time.
