Hi all, I just started using Dorico 5 after always using Finale and I wanted to know how to write the Roman numerals with the numeric next to them to indicate the inversion of the chord as in the image. Thanks.
Welcome.
The easiest way to do this is to use the MusAnalysis font created by @dan_kreider. Just set your lyrics to this use this font.
Thanks but are you telling me that with Dorico it is not possible to do this without buying an external font?
He said the easiest way is with the MusAnalysis font. You can of course type the roman numerals as lyrics with any font, but to get the tiny superscript figured bass you might have to fiddle with some things, like using special characters or using shift-X to add a text box to hold the figures and dragging it into position.
EDIT: It does look like the Finale Numerics font also works for this, which is a font in Finale used for similar purposes. So you could probably use the Finale Numerics font in Dorico for this.

One does not have to “buy” MusAnalysis, but a $10 suggested contribution to support development seems a reasonable and affordable request.
Just in case you missed it, @Federico_Dominici, the documentation tab on the Notation Central page Janus linked to will take you to @dan_kreider’s PDFs for working with MusAnalysis. That might be a good way to see what it can do in comparison to Finale Numerics as you consider your needs.
