Wrong clicked position

First post by a non-English speaker…

Clicked position and pointer position is sometimes different. In this situation, I can’t even click the right toolbox. After restarting Dorico, this doesn’t happen.

To check I understand you: if you click in the area to the right of the Show toggle button group for Local/Global Only/All, you find that thereafter you cannot interact with any other part of Dorico’s interface? I’m afraid I’m unable to reproduce that problem.

In the situation, I can still interact with Dorico’s interface except the ones on the rightmost area. It happend at least twice, but I cannot reproduce it either, unfortunately.

Interesting. If you’re able to pinpoint a pattern, please let us know.

I will do so. Thanks.

I found a tiny clue. When clicked position is wrong, Dorico is rendered a little more roughly.

I think it looks like the problem I reported about having a hard time clicking on the reverb sends of the mixer… Sometimes enabling (apparently) one reverb would enable the other one, even though the buttons are quite far apart.

Hello everyone, I think I have the same issue here, and I did find a pattern. I work in Full-screen mode. Every time I switch from Write Mode, to Engrave mode, or every time I switch from Page view, to either Gallery view or Fill view, my mouse pointer becomes badly calibrated. As you can see in this picture that shows where my mouse location was, in order to select the highlighted pause. (I recreated this for demonstration purposes) To fix this, I need to exit Full screen mode on my Macintosh, to then re-activate Full-screen mode to keep working. It’s honestly very frustrating. Any clue what may cause this?
Thanks! P.S. This issue is only present while using full-screen mode.

Welcome to the forum, @_fiamma. I’m unable to reproduce this problem as you describe it. What version of macOS are you running, on what hardware? Do you have multiple displays? Does the problem occur on each display, if you have multiple displays?

Thank you for your message and your patience dear Daniel, it’s a pleasure to be here. I’m running Ventura 13.3 on an M2 Pro machine with 16Gb of ram and 500Gb of SSD HD (40% full at the moment), and yes, I did check and the problem only occurs when using an external monitor. And it affects both displays (Laptop and external).
