Every time I import an XML file from Sibelius, the cross-staffs are wrong. It takes a long time to repair this problem every time. Is there a way to fix this in the options?
Welcome to the forum, Spiegoof. Can you create a minimal example in Sibelius of what you expect to see, and attach that along with the MusicXML file you’ve exported, so we can look into this further? You’ll need to zip up the Sibelius file and the MusicXML file into a single archive before you attach them here.
The problem is with the MusicXML export from the version of Sibelius you’re running: it looks like you’re using Sibelius 7.0. You should be able to download an update to Sibelius 7.1.3 (the last known good version 
) for free from the bowels of Avid’s web site somewhere, possibly here. Good luck – and if you can’t get hold of it, let me know.
