Wrong Mac OS X Version

Hello,

I have a problem with cubase 7. :angry:

I’m on Mac OXS 10.11.2 but when I try to install Cubase I have :

Wrong Mac OS X Version
You need at least Mac OS X 10.6.0 to install this software

I think there is a bug.

So I had contacted YAMAHA EUROPE like Steinberg suggest to me but I had no answer :angry:

I made a search in the forum and found nothing. I report that here because I can’t let my message in issues forum because is locked :angry:

I have this :
You cannot post new topics in this forum
You cannot reply to topics in this forum
You cannot edit your posts in this forum
You cannot delete your posts in this forum
You cannot post attachments in this forum

I hope there is a patch or something else to install cubase 7.

Hi,

This is an known issue. Use the Steinberg Application Installer Tool for Mac OS X 10.10 (Yosemite) and 10.11 (El Capitan), please.

Btw: Cubase 7 doesn’t support Mac OS X 10.11 officially.
