Wrong purchase

I was supposed to upgrade from Cubase AI 12, but I mistakenly selected Cubase Artist 12 while upgrading to Pro 13. Placed and order during sale and got a download key, which isn’t allowing me to upgrade. As I guess, I do not qualify.
I have already paid, but I think I made wrong purchase. What can be done to resolve this? I don’t want to lose my money and I wanted a new version. Can anyone from Cubase help me to resolve this issue, please.
