X-Stream - Mistakenly registered on older e-mail of mine, now cannot register on the right account

Heya,

So, I have used two e-mail accounts (by mistake). My older account has all of my licenses up and running.

My new e-mail was mistakenly used to download and install/register X-Stream.

No matter what I am doing now I cannot un-register (from my new e-mail address) and re-register X-Stream to my old e-mail.

No matter how I download and install it, when I open it with Halion, each sound has a stop sign next to it, and when I load any sound from X-Stream, I get the message that the instrument has no license.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had to go to my “normal” account with the e-mail address I used for all my purchases, log on, look for X-Stream, and then get it from that account.

I was sent an e-mail by Steinberg and X-Stream appeared on my products.

Installed, and that was it.
