X Touch Compact with Cubase 13 Artist

Hi

I just got an “X Touch Compact” to use with Cubase 13 Artist

If I press the “Plug In” button (encoder 12) I can control the parameters of an “Effect (Plug In)”

If I press the “Instr” button ,cubase does not open the parameters of the Instruments , instead it opens “Channel Strip”

How can I control VST INStruments parameters with my Compact?

This is the old Mackie Control implementation, not MIDI Remote, right?

Yes, it’s in Mackie control mode

Hi,

The Mackie Control Protocol can reach the Track / VST Quick Controls. You have to hold the Shift button and click on the Plug-ins button (once for the Track Quick Controls, twice for the VST Quick Controls). Then you can use the encoders to set the assigned Quick Controls values.

Hope, this will be available on the X Touch Compact.
