XML file user keyboard shortcuts : PC to MAC

Can you convert or adapt an XML file of PC user keyboard shortcuts (win 11) to its MAC equivalent (Sonoma 14)?

I’ve tried to place the PC XML file in the Mac library (in the right place), but I get a message that the setting is invalid. There must be a line of code or something different.

Update : Ok, my mistake. I had created aliases instead of copying the files…

When going the other way (from mac to pc) remember to check those shortcuts containing command and ctrl together. They are going to be broken, so best to not use the combination when you plan to go back in the future.
