Imports (from Sibelius xml exports): dynamics in different staves are bound together,
cannot be moved independently. E.g. if you move a “f” in the cello stave,
all dynamics in the same “row” for the other instruments are moved around.
Selcect all / reset position/appearance does not change this behavior.
Needed to delete all dynamics and put new ones.
Yes, Dorico’s trying to be helpful, by creating shared dynamics if they match intensity and position across multiple staves. I’m afraid at present there’s no way to influence this during import, or to ungroup them once they have been created that way (though the latter is coming soon).
