For whatever reason, I can’t load the Yamaha driver that I’ve always used. Even though the Yamaha driver shows as a choice in Cubase Pro 14 studio set, when I try to load it, I get this:
Only the Steinberg driver will load. So I downloaded the Yamaha driver, but when I try to load it, I get this:

Indeed, when I search for it, I get this:
But it won’t won’t load. Only the Steinberg driver does. But it’s the Yamaha driver you want.
Any thoughts?

Another question: I bought a couple of Image Sounds plugins some 3 (?) years ago. They worked fine…until I had to replace my computer a couple of months ago and reload everything. Now they don’t show up. I contacted Image Sounds and was got this response:
If you purchased the products through Steinberg, they are in Steinberg format, and we only provide the content. This means Steinberg is responsible for the technical side. Unfortunately, you would need to contact Steinberg Support directly, as we don’t have access to their system and can’t assist with that.
Is there any way I can retrieve those apps?
