Yamaha Steinberg USB driver unrecognised

Steinberg UR22C Audio Interface & Jamulus
• Fails to recognise presence of Yamaha/Steinberg USB driver.
• Have tried latest TOOLS etc.
• Every time I try to run JAMULUS, I can select Yamaha/Steinberg , it leave a message that the driver has failed to initialise.
• Cant even uninstall any Steinberg items , in order to reinstall to hopefully correct it?
Is there a work around /patch or anything in plain, clear non tech English that will get this sorted please.
I down loaded & installed latest TOOLS for UR-C
I downloaded & Installed latest USB driver …
All to no avail.?

Can you post a screenshot of the error your machine reports?

This points to a possible problem on your machine. Routine functions like uninstalling software should always work, of course. Are you using the Windows Programs and Features contorl panel to do it?

Also, I suggest you download and install Cubase AI or a trial of any version of Cubase (just Cubase, with none of the extras) so you can be better helped with troubleshooting.
