Yamaha Steinberg USB Drivers not working

So I bought a Yamaha MG10XU Mixer yesterday and when I try to install the drivers needed to use it, windows still fails to recognize it. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers around 10 times now and I tried running the setup as administrator this morning, but it ended with the same result.

When I look at the “Sound, Video, and Game Controllers” section in the device manager, I don’t see any new drivers, so it seems like the drivers aren’t installing at all. Anyone have any idea how to handle this?

Did you ever figure this out? This happened for me, but when trying to install for Yamaha AG06MK2. I have installed the drivers, but they do not show up after successful install, and I cannot find the device in my sound bar, or playback devices.
