Yamaha Sw1000xg and Yamaha DS2416 and cubase LE / older software?

Does anyone know if Yamaha Sw1000xg and Yamaha DS2416 came with cubase LE or any version of cubase? I’d like to know before buying the above items. Also, if you have the above cards, would you know at what voltage would the pci work at?

These are pretty old devices. It was made before Steinberg becomes part of Yamaha. I really wouldn’t expect any Cubase bundled with it.
