It will be a nice thing to share some of our own presets here, using only stock plugins. I will upload this evening a fx chain preset for mastering but I will be happy to find some presets with compression and eq for piano and other instruments.

Sorry for the late. In the link is a fx chain preset that I use for mastering. I used only stock plugins so it should work just fine in Cubase Pro:
I recommend to have at least 3-4db of headroom. The result is a more fatter, fuller, brighter, spacial and louder audio. I recommend to play with the parameters.
