I use ZOOM L12, as my interface, it works fine… except PLAY BACK. It will not PLAY BACK, it records and if I change the ASIO driver to the Generic ASIO driver the playback if fine… but when editing this is a real pain… can’t figure out what’s wrong… it used to work fine
I have one in the studio I use with Linux, haven’t used it for a while on Windows, but I can check later if you have further problems.
Make sure the three switches are in the correct positions on the back of the L-12 – MODE should be set to “audio interface”, CLASS COMPLIANT MODE should be off, SAMPLE RATE should be set to project sample rate.
Also, make sure you have the correct outputs selected in Cubase, and of course make sure USB Audio Return 1-2 and/or 3-4 are enabled as appropriate on the front panel of the L-12 itself.
