2 licences activated while only one computer has ever been used?

Hi
I keep checking My Steinberg to see if this has been corrected . My licences show that Cubase 12 has been activated on two machines , well this can not happen as i only have one computer .
I sent a ticket to Steinberg over a week ago and still have not had a reply asking for deactivation .
Has anyone else had this issue ?

Yeah happened to me. You must wait for steinberg to contact you and clear the false reg.

No licence found! “activation limit reached”. HELP!

Hi, I have updated from c11 to c12 yesterday on my desktop and today on laptop and everything went smooth and started working today on my desktop without any problems. Suddenly after taking a short break my c12 will not start, it’s stack on checking licenses for a bit and then it pops up the SAM saying “no license found”. When I close everything and open the SAM alone it can see the c12 but it says “not activated” and when I hit the activate button it says “activation limit reached”. I don’t …
