A few questions before upgrading

Overall looks good. I’m very happy that Steinberg has listened about Hi resolution support and Edit mode. Still a few questions before I cough up my yearly Cubase subscription :

1- What does ‘‘limited support for Windows 10’’ in regards to hi resolution support?

2- Does the Edit Mode work within editors like the drum editor and key editor when moving midi notes?

3- Can we expect the long awaited or overdue ‘‘Export Video track’’ feature in a free upcoming update or is it planned for next year’s annual payed upgrade?

4- Has any improvements been made in regards to smooth scrolling?
