I just purchased the Absolute bundle on sale. Credit card was charged and I received a download access code

I chose crossgrade because I misunderstood that the licenses included in a previous purchase ( Artist 13) are not eligible for a crossgrade

Trying to contact the seller…is next to impossible.

Very clunky and incredibly convoluted process

Anyone have experience w refunds?

I’ve sent in the requuest w the required info.

The crossgrade options were really unclear.

Does “w” mean “with”? You must be one of those young ones who has problems spelling complete words. Sad times.

Anyway … if you ordered from the official Steinberg site, I can’t see how they can make it any more clear who is eligible for the purchase.
