Here is a link to somebody describing it.
But instead of just looking for some files in the Cubase folder, rename the Cubase 14_64 folder itself, e.g. to _Cubase 14_64.
!!! Close Cubase before doing this !!!
Renaming the folder allows you to revert the switch in case the tools are not coming back this way.
