Australian Support Unresponsive re BUG

Hopefully Steinberg picks this up…

I’ve had a long running issue Re a bug. I’ve tried to log this for official support via the Yamaha subsidiary in Australia (which is the only option - MySteinberg won’t let me log directly with Steinberg).

The support page seems to accept the bug report and my details, however provides NO acknowledgement either via the web interface or via email of the contact.

So I’m left in no-mans land - can’t contact anyone. Can’t get a fix. Where to from here?
