Bar repeat region in part but not in score?

Can I create a bar repeat region in a part but not in the score ?

Repeat bar regions

Is there any way to have bar repeat sections show in parts but NOT in the score? They are a tremendous help to a player, but the opposite for a conductor. A classic example is if the conductor turns a page, glances down at a particular part, and only sees the repeat bar region without having any idea what is being repeated, because the actual material is on the previous page. Thanks as always.

Is it still not possible to have a repeat bar region only in a part, but not in the score? I want the notes written out in the score due to the few number of bars per page, but want to use repeat bars in the parts.

These posts are three years old. I concur with the OP that bar repeat signs are good for players but bad for conductors, and I want my current score/parts to reflect that.
Has the ability to show bar repeat signs in a part but not in the score been added? I’m using 6.1.0.6067 on Windows 10.

Nope, it’s still on the wishlist I’m afraid.

There are workaround for this however : you can duplicate the flow, untick it in the score, modify the copy with bar repeats (and repeat structures if need be!), untick the original flow in those layouts… What you do loose is the link between the score version and the parts version, so beware, when there are modifications to make.
