It is possible, but you have to modify the provide Expression Map. I’ve done it before. You can check this thread:

Basically you have to adjust CC 18 to value 30. Just be sure to read it carefully and don’t repeat my mistakes!

I think you also have to include “Natural” into the mutual exclusion group (I guess you created the group named “Auto”). Also, your VibrArco technique is not an alias of Bowed. Leave it as (Unset)

IIRC the easiest way (avoid modifying the ExMap) is to set up the bowed instrument on its own channel (use override in the NP mixer) and then just change instrument in Dorico to switch between bowed and normal playing.
