C13 ARA says Wavelab Not Installed

Hi,
In C13 I select an audio file, engage the Wavelab ara extension, the extension is now showing in the Info Line and the wav is bounded in red, but when I open the Lower Zone it says “No Wavelab Instalation Found - Install Wavelab”.
Wavelab is, however, running at the time outside Nuendo.
Both C13 & WL12 are running as Administrator, as per a suggestion in another thread.

Any idea what I’m doing wrong here?

It’s happening in in both Cubase and Nuendo, so I thought it would be okay to ask in both forums. Sorry.
