Can't Pitch Shift down with Time Correction

I know this topic has come up many Cubase versions ago but it recently started happening to me since switching to Mac Silicon/M1 on Cubase 12 Pro.

When using the Pitch Shift audio process I can’t transpose down (downward arrow is greyed out and I can’t type negative values) whenever Time Correction is enabled. Doesn’t matter what algorithm. What’s strange is I can pitch down -200 cent, and the Envelope also works normally pitching audio down with Time Correction enabled.

If I remember correctly it worked at first on the M1 Mac but the last few weeks the problem won’t go away.

Cubase 12.0.70
macOS Monterey 12.7.2

Same issue here. M3 Max, Cubase 14.

In Cubase 12 it worked, upgraded to 14 and this is no longer available, pls fix this

I’m seeing this problem as well. M1 Max, Cubase 14.0.10.

Has anyone found a workaround?

I wonder if posters realise just how astoundingly aggressive these three words actually are?
And do the posters not understand the word “forum”? Who do they think they are addressing? When I were a nipper, that sort of tone would have earned me a clip round the ear.
(Shambles off, grumbling about the good ol’ days…)

Hi, thanks for reporting. I’ll have a look at this.
Cheers Dirk

Yes, also experiencing the same issue M1 Mac Studio CB 14 pro. No time compression and the negative semitone option is available.
Negative cents (upto -200) will work in compression mode, whole semitones no.
Running in silicon mode (not Rosetta).
