Can't select voice chat in Loopback

Hi there,
I recently purchased a UR22C. I can’t select Voice Chat mode under Loopback. Every time I chose it, it always shows Live Cast. MY dspMixFx version is 1.5.0. Anyone experience the same issue? Please help.

You have v.1.5 of the dspMixFx app, but make sure also you have v.1.5 of the firmware loaded into your UR22C interface.

Click the “About” button in dspMixFx to check the firmware version :

thanks a lot Y-D. updating the firmware resolved the issue. voice chat can be selected. i haven’t got chance to try it. hope it can work during the meeting. :slight_smile:
