Hi, there is no quick way to see which plugins cause increased CPU usage, but I would suggest to not waste time trying to find out which ones.
The issue is not on the plugins’ side and is already fixed for 10.5.10, IMO the best way to approach this is to disable the VST3 option until the patch is released.
