hi good day to everyone some issues i am facing have Cubase 12 pro on my windows 11 when i launch groove agent and browsing through the kits a pop window appears and saying need to save project under a new name and the program will shut down also observing some green spots all over the Cubase interface then also it will crash i am not good at computers any one willing to assist
Make sure, you have the latest Groove Agent installed, please. And attach the mentioned DMP file, please.

- reinstall groove agent from steinberg download assistant: same problem
- reinstall groove agent library from steinberg download assistant : same problem
- update cubase 12 to cubase 12.0.30: same problem

one more thing (as Steve would say),
it seems that the list of presets is incomplete, there is nothing in the first column for example (see the picture). On the other hand, everything works perfectly well under cubase 11.

Same issue here on Cubase 11 and 12 but it only happens on certain kits like ‘80’s Kit’. I think it started after that last Groove Agent update.

At least for me the issue is not fixed - may it’s dependet on the kit / sound set? I’m using Simon Phillips Studio Set.
I think the temporary solution is not to use the presets menu at the top of the window but rather to open the loading panel (the little folder icon next to the little piano icon).
Normally loading kits/instrument/style and other stuff is no problem through there.
On my side the problem is solved but it seems that presets are missing in the preset menu.
I my case: I open a Cubase project with Groove Agent & Simon Phillips Studio Drums. In this moment the Groove Agent window isn‘t even open.
Immediately the Crash message comes up.
So the provided solution doesn‘t fix it for me because the crash is much earlier…
