After removing the Windows 11 update (KB5032190), the problem I reported at the beginning of the post no longer occurred. I have been working with C13 for several days now and I am more than satisfied with this new update. At this point, it is my duty to apologize to Steinberg and of course to the programmers, for having expressed a negative opinion towards this new update.
