As it states 13/8/24 (1) and 18/8/24 (4). This has happened ever since I upgraded to 13 in March. Cubase just stops far too much. I don’t have info on some crashes as it states 0kb on log

Why not try the domo for a few weeks. IFAIK cubase 13 is pretty stable for most. ANd also yes 10.5 will still work. If you upgrade to 13 you will also get 11, the last dongeled cubase and you can also use cubase 12, the first on the new licencing.
I would first get 10.5 up and running.

Hello, I am dealing with heavy amounts of Cubase crashes, like 8-10 times per day.
I usually don’t even get an ips file, but today in my latest crash I got the report that there was an ips file created. @Martin.Jirsak Would you be able to see what’s wrong? This particular case might not even be what’s causing my other (usual) crashes, but at this point I am very desperate and frustrated.

10.5 ran with no issues. it was only after upgrading from 11 to 13 that this saga continues, what is Domo?

I believe, it’s a typo, it suppose to be demo/trial.
Why would I need to try demo after purchasing cubase13? I have problems with Groove agent and basic operation if I access any of your plug ins. Is this an error my end or have I downloaded some corrupted files?
Would you suggest a brand new install. This is the 5th month of same problems. It freezes then I end task, when I reboot the licensing messes up. I am spending more time with errors than actually recording anything.

I guess when you say “your plug ins”, you mean Steinberg, because this is the user forum and not Steinberg support.
By looking at one of your dump files it shows that you have a problem with the “Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable” package. Because it shows the “msvcp140.dll” it is the package with release number “14.40.xxxx”, you can find that in the list of installed apps in Windows.
There is also a list of drivers you are using and it suggests you have a AMD graphics adapter. Do you have by any chance the AMD Adrenalin software installed?
In that case I would remove it and make sure to just install the basic AMD studio drivers. The Adrenalin package is good for gamers, but also known for several crash problems.

Hello. Cubase 13 Pro keeps crashing. It doesn’t matter at all how many plugins there are in the project, what actions I take, whether the project is heavy or light. Cubase closes whenever it wants, you can expect a crash at any time. Am I forced to save the project every 5-10 seconds? It has become unbearable! Experts, what could be the problem? Help!

Unfortunately, these are Cubase 11 crashes, not Cubase 13. Unfortunately this doesn’t help.
I have Cubase 13 Pro, but in Documents there is only one folder (Crash Dumps) and there are only such files there. I’ll take a look…
…apparently I need to enable “Usage Log” in Settings?
