I have had many many crashes lately, almost exclusively while using Revoice Pro 5 in standalone mode and (more often than that) with ARA.
I went to my Cubase dmp file at Documents/Steinberg/CrashDumps, and there were crash files listed, but only from a few days previous to the recent crashes I’ve had.
Also I followed your instructions and opened up Command Prompt as an Administrator and typed “procdump64 -e -h -t Cubase14” but received the reply, " *
‘procdump 64’ is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file."
I reviewed your quoted thread which I’ve bookmarked previously, thank you so much for sending, and I had a question on your step #4, bolded/italicized above:
How do I tell if I have ProcDump64 already loaded on my computer? I thought since I did have some recent entries in Documents/Steinberg/CrashDumps it meant I must have that program loaded … but then why does Command Prompt give that reply?
Do I need to download ProcDump64 from Microsoft even though I have entries in Documents/Steinberg/CrashDumps?
Is ProcDump64 a burden on the computer, such that running it can cause crashes itself?
