I’ve devide to go from C12 to C13 on this last sale, Migrated to Windows 11 and I still can’t make it initializing on my system with my preference. I tried everything, delete preferences, (Disable seems to work but when I back again not work anymore)
It’s bizarre. I even can’t find the log archive, because is not saving in defaut folder.
Seems to be relate with PREFERENCES because when I copy my Preferences from the old folder (the Same as C12) after restart preferences I doesnt work any more.

When I say C12 and C13 preferences I meant they have their own folder inside user/appdata/roaming/steinberg .
When I start cubase its runs vsts. etc and after 'ARA scannig "at initing, its just close. Then I try open again and only works with disable preference ticked
Cubase is not saving *.dmp file after crashes. The folder is empty. Is there somewhere else where I can find it ?

Just to clarify… Cubase Preferences folders are:
Mac: ~/Library/Preferences/Cubase X
Win: %appData% \Steinberg\Cubase X_64
Where the X is the Cubase version (for example 13).
And the *.ips/dmp files:
Mac: macOS Console utility > Crash Reports (or ~user/Library/Logs/Diagnostic Reports).
Win: %userprofile%/Documents/Steinberg/Crash Dumps
As you are on Mac, could you please provide the *.ips file?

As you are Windows user, could you please provide the *.dmp file?
User’s profile reads Win10. User stated to have migrated to Win11. They mention “user/appdata/roaming/steinberg”. How did you conclude they are using a Mac? 
Which ARA-able apps have you installed? SpectralLayers, Melodyne, …?

A look into the future. 
But I mentioned Mac and Windows paths in both cases. 
As I didnt uninstall cubase 12 yet, I have both Cubase 12 a and cubase 13 inside the steinberg folder.
And, I 'm not sure why, my crashdumps folder is empty.
AFAIK just spectralLayers, I use vari audio, so no Autotune or Melodyne here.
End Cubase.
Go to this folder:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
and rename the file SpectraLayers.vst3
Launch Cubase - any difference?
Rename to something specific?
Best is to change the suffix, e.g. instead of “.vst3” make it “._vst3”. That should already prevent Cubase from touching that file. Alternatively you can move it to your Desktop.

Bummer. That is the ARA connection file from SpectralLayers to Cubase.
You can put it back to its original place / to its original name then.
So Cubase starts when Preferences are disabled? Maybe then you should chose the option to delete the Preferences in that dialog. It’ll require you to redo some of your settings manually but better than not starting at all, I guess.
Yes it starts then I deleted User Preferences and I goes till the Cubase Hub and then closes.
Strang thing is that a dmp file is supost be generated but when I click on “view file” nothing happens and the fold is empty
@Martin.Jirsak Please take a look at the screenshot of the Cubase Safe Mode dialog. Could the issue have anything to do with the fact that there is a copyright sign in the user account name?
Maybe an unsupported character?

The Safe Start Dialog shows the *.dmp file. This is not available? What I’m curious, the username doesn’t look healthy.
The user name looks weird because my name have an acent so, in english for some reason, windows did that. DOnt know why. But I don’t borrow at all.
I ended up reseting my preferences and setup again.
Now Cubase 13 is opening but still with that strange dialog box with nothing writing coutinue appearing
