+1 for the Dorico to Cubase combatibility. (Dorico import)! It was a feature request I asked for! Also thanks for the Music XML import too and all the other wonderful features in this free update!

cheers,

Has been fixed the capability to select several tracks from an external controller like C12 did?

The create N-tuplet is still missing. Why did you remove this feature in the first place and when do you think you will restore that?
The autodetection of tuplets right now is not making things easier, for example when it sees 7 notes in a beat it creates a septuplet but moves the last note on the next beat.

thanks a lot for this great update. I love the import of Dorico files and the event volume curve editing features. . These are great enhancements regarding my workflow!

I’m having the same issue for all the three things that show to be updated

It is hilarious that Steinberg still have not been able to fix such a simple thing as saving Midi remote scripts.

Many thanks for the Pattern Editor updates. Good to see that basic functionalities are finally coming and it looks less and less like a rushed new feature  I hope that C15 will bring us “Pattern Edit the Boss Edition”
Event Volume Curves with Auto Audio Segment Detection - cool new feature. One of those useful QOL improvements.
Video improvements - well, I hoped for an option to change the render quality. Maybe in C15? Hmm?

Overall, I’m happy with this update. Keep it coming!

We’ve discovered a bug where the import fails if you have a project where the original flow was deleted.

The current workaround is to copy and paste the contents of the flow in Dorico into a new project.

I tried to import in Cubase two scores completed in Dorico. I got an empty project window…
Do Dorico projects need to set in a specific way in order to be imported in Cubase? For example without a title page?

See my post directly above

Yes. Same old problem with Download Assistant here too. I got it work for a day 2 weeks ago, but back to busted today after it updated.

Not sure if this works in Windows, but on a Mac I just Open Folder to get to the installer and run it manually

In more positive news; Cubase seems to load much faster

This assumes the installer was actually downloaded in the first place!

is there a solution for this? in c14.20 there really isn’t any… has this been removed from the program?

And I would like to be about to save patterns with kits and export and import them via mediabay

Yes, seeing the same thing here.

A great update. Thanks.

I hope the pattern editor will soon get the option to apply custom quantization/groove patterns as well. Swing is nice and all, but custom patterns can sound more interesting and natural.

Softube Console 1 MK3 is now running erratically since installing 14.0.20.
Anyone else having any problems?
