Thank`s again did by an upgrade. Not the demoversion…

OK…so the verification of the upgrade has not happened yet. The install will run temporarily until it has checked your 9.5 license to upgrade it.
Is the 9.5 Artist license on USB elicenser or soft elicenser?
Is it active on this computer?

Also, can you run the “eLicenser Control Center” application and allow it to do it’s update/maintenance tasks?

Did you try running elicenser application as administrator as suggested in the error message?
I’d recommend downloading the latest eLicenser software from here:
And then try running it.
It is likely you have an older version of the software and it’s not able to gain the permissions it needs. This can happen with a Windows update, for example.
The ‘Run as’ solution may be a quick fix, but making sure the software is up to date is a much better approach.
Yes did that to laughfing. Support did send a new supportticket. try selling a new update thank`s for that.Steinberg.

Don’t know what you mean…how could they sell you a new update when you already bought Cubase 14 Pro update, there is no newer update.
Now the e-Licenser is downloaded and installed and runned as well.
Anything to do with the old files ?

No questions answered from the last request. A link was given to the sales site. Saying maybe i bought the wrong the wrong update even though i filled in their checkbox for the correct one. I just want to Cry.

Soft e-licenser was written in red before. Seems to work now.

Today I got a replay from Support staff that the order is being Cancelled.
Sadly After all that effort made.
Close to 48 hours of downloadingtime .
Have to settle with Unzipp files and struggle with Syncrosft today to.
