Just wanted to make a forum post talking about Cubase 15.0.20
As a huge critic of Cubase (My previous forum post I love Cubase but... Reasons I'm leaving), I have to give them Kudos for 15.0.20.
15.0.20 gave us what everyone was asking for.
Which was automatic routing and colorings in the form of group folder tracks.
Cubase raised their FX track count to 256 from 64!
This instantly boosted Cubase’s work flow and usability.
We also got something similar to last touch parameter for automation. Though not my favorite implementation, I am extremely happy that the team at Steinberg are listening.
Even some long term bugs/annoyances have disappeared like how the bottom panel kept appearing unprompted.
I understand that refactoring ancient code must have been a colossal task , but it is definitely paying off. I think 15.0.20 is the most stable I have ever seen Cubase.
Who ever is leading and working on refactoring/ updating Cubase.
