Actually it´s “choose file”:
And there is a setting, to open the hub when closing projects. So this option unchecked, the hub only shows up the first time you start Cubase:
Cubase 14 it is Open Other.
My mistake, thought we were talking Cubase 15 in this thread?
Actually my mistake but I’m willing to share 
I was too succinct. I meant that maybe Mr @Cookie_Jarvis was mixing them up, as he has owned up to. Or, if you prefer proper English, up to which he has owned.
