Hi @glennloopez , uninstalling the eLicenser Control Center will help temporarily regarding the error message you see in the Activation Manager but as you said it will be reinstalled next time you open the SDA. The eLicenser error message also doesn’t explain your Cubase 13 being moody.
It’s a bit weird that you see this error without the eLicenser attached (do you have any soft eLicenser licenses)?
To find out why the eLicenser software is accessed, you could go into the Steinberg Activation Manager, open the menu and click on “Create Diagnostic Report” and send the zip file to me via PM. I might see whats happening there, maybe some installed VST sounds you don’t have a license for.
If you don’t need any licenses from your eLicenser, you can use the workaround I described here in another thread to get rid of the eLicenser error message in the Activation Manager: Cubase 13 - "An eLicenser problem occured" from SAM - #8 by SKnapp
