Cubase Artist 6 - Imported Midi issue

Hi all,

I’ve got a problem with Cubase Artist 6 when I load a midi file.
I searched the whole forum and used Google but couldn’t find a solution (maybe I used the wrong words to search).

The problem is;
When I load a Midi file by simply dragging it from the folder into Cubase, it automaticaly creates a Folder called VST Instruments.
In that folder is a new Folder with the name: HALion Sonic SE.
In that folder are 2 “things” (Don’t know what’s it called) with the name “HSSE Main” and “Halion Sonic”.
HSSE Main has a red line and HALion Sonic SE a Blue line behind it.
Under all these folders is the Midi file I opened.
Like this:

The problem is when I add a few more Midi files. When i’m using Cubase Artist 6 and let’s say, 10 Midi files, Cubase get’s very slow and my CPU is using everything to keep up with Cubase.

So I thought to delete the VST Instrument Folder, so I only see the Midi files i dragged in, but that’s not possible.
The only options i see are these:

So my question is this;
How can i delete those folders so i only see the Midi file?
If that’s not possible, how can i insert a Midi file without all the Folders above?

Here’s my specs from my pc:
Processor: AMD Phenom X6 1090T (6 Core, every core @ 3.20Ghz)
Memory: 12Gb Triple Channel @1600Mhz
HDD: 2x 60Gb Samsung SSD
Software: Windows 7 Pro 64-bit, Cubase Artist 6, NI Komplete 7
