Wish I could help, but I’m in the same boat.

DLA installs but simply wont open in Win 10.

Download the update directly and get this: Checksum error in Cubase 10 Update\Additional Content\VST Sound\Groove Agent SE The Kit SE\FCP_SMT_775_GASE_The_Kit_SE_Presets.vstsound
Checksum error in Cubase 10 Update\Additional Content\VST Sound\VST Sound Content Update\PIC_SMT_100_Content_Set.vstsound
Checksum error in Cubase 10 Update\Cubase_10.0.50_Update.msp

Someone please write a strongly worded letter to someone that cares.

I just sent a Ticket to Yamaha Australia so i will post up any messages they reply with.

Can we get some kind of confirmation from Steinberg that this is indeed a fault please?

Exact same issue here, and live in Australia. Also get same issue when trying to install wavelab.

Hi all,

I am in Australia also and exact same set of issues, can’t open download assistant and the .50 update says there are corrupt contents and will not complete.

Would be good to see a prompt response from Steinberg on this.

Howdy all, Well i got reply from Yamaha Australia today. They stated that there are some people having this issue (Unfortunately i got no further details as too why) and he gave me a link to his files.

The link is for a .zip file containing both PC and Mac 10.0.50 patch files. file size is about 1.3GB it is hosted at WeTransfer until 12 November.

Why are we downloading cubase updates from third party file share servers???
Im having the same issues with the download manager as the update.
The update works fine from that location.

Hi, Nooboholic. It appears if you live in Australia you can not use Download Assistant or download from Steinberg site. It seems to be a regional problem. Do you live in Australia? Just wondering, cheers.

Hi there guys, Yes there seems to be an issue that Steinberg are not yet aware of for us Aussies. There DLA does not work and we can not download the patch from there download page. The link above was given to me from Yamaha Australia who are the Aussie partners for Steinberg and there Aussie help desk. I did not touch the file in any way except download and install it myself. It works and will update your Cubase 10 to version 10.0.50
